At the same time, the MOIT directs agencies to speed up the granting of electricity activity license for completed projects according to regulations to overcome the situation that many solar and wind power projects have been invested but have not been put into operation, causing a waste of social resources.
- For projects that have completed construction investment and completed legal documents as prescribed, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will urgently issue a document before May 20, 2023 directing EVN to negotiate with investors for temporary rates and puts into operation for projects that have completed construction and legal documents.
- Urgently guide enterprises to complete the prescribed procedures for projects that are not yet eligible for operation and still have problems with legal procedures.
