Besides business goals, Super Energy Corporation also pays special attention to sustainable development goals, including safety, heath, non-discrimination, gender equality, employee benefits, corporate social responsibility to localities and communities, environmental protection, emission reduction, reuse and efficient use of natural resources, frequent use of clean energy and sharing of industrial knowledge and local economic development.

Entering Vietnamese market with the friendly culture, love for nature and love for peace of Thai people, in recent years, Super Energy Corporation has always performed many practical activities towards sustainable development, contributing to preservation and protection of the green nature, that are considered as its corporate responsibilities for the development of Vietnam.

During business operations and development, Super Energy Corporation aims to harmonize its business goals with its social responsibility at all locations, where Super Energy Corporation does business, such as Ho Chi Minh City, An Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, Binh Phuoc, Phu Yen, Gia Lai, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, and more in the future.

At Super Energy, we recognize that building a greener, more sustainable future requires the participation of every team member. Through the “Super Sustain” campaign, an internal knowledge sharing initiative focused on promoting sustainability awareness across our organization, we aim to educate and engage our staff on important environmental, social and governance practices and more.

Local economy

Because each renewable energy project usually lasts for at least 20 years, Super Energy Corporation has started researching agricultural development projects that suit local geography and economic situation, with the aim of associating the Corporation’s development with the overall development of the local and domestic economy.

In addition, local service suppliers are more preferred for the Corporation’s plants.

Power up employees

Super Energy Corporation develops the diverse and multinational workforce, respects the differences, says no to discrimination on the grounds of origin and upholds gender equality. The Corporation always considers rights of employees as its top priorities and strictly complies with the labor legislation.
