On June 24, the MOIT chaired a meeting with provinces that have power plant projects using liquefied natural gas (LNG) with the aim of agreeing on solutions to implement gas power projects. Important LNG, prioritized in Power Plan VIII.
- For projects already have investors: Create favorable conditions for project implementation, support and solve problems. Withdraw the investment registration certificate if the investor violates the regulations or delays the project implementation according to regulations.
- For projects without investors: Prepare a feasible studying project report and implement procedures for granting investment policies, select an investor with sufficient capacity and experience, and request investors to invest in the project. The selected investor urgently implements the project on schedule
