By the end of May 26, there are 19 investors approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to apply the temporary price. By May 31, it is expected that 17 more transitional power plants will be completed by EVN with the goal of soon putting renewable energy projects on the national electricity system.
One of the difficulties in approving the negotiation documents of enterprises is that these units violate the legal regulations on planning, land, construction investment… Therefore, the MOIT has directed units, as well as coordinated with localities to guide investors to complete procedures.
The MOIT also requires that from now until May 31, the testing and recognition of commercial operation dates for 22 registered plants must be completed.
Therefore, the National Load Dispatch Center established many negotiating teams working in 3 shifts and 5 teams to discuss and guide investors to solve problems; create all conditions for investors to soon complete the procedures. The goal is to put these projects into operation as soon as possible.
