In order to carry out the sustainable development strategy, Super Energy Corporation this year launched a number of initiatives under the slogan “Together with Super Energy for Sustainable Development” to assist the underprivileged and accompany disadvantaged children as they continue their education.
In addition to its investment and business development activities, Super Energy Group annually implements social responsibility initiatives aimed at households, families, and individuals in need in outlying regions of the provinces of Binh Phuoc, An Giang, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Phu Yen, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, Gia Lai, and Dak Nong, particularly in areas where the company has power plants.
This year, the Group is funding long-term scholarships for orphans and disadvantaged students that cover tuition fees and living costs up until they graduate from high school, with the typical award being 12 million VND per child every year. Throughout the duration of the scholarship, Super Energy employee will accompany with each student during the scholarship period. The aim of the initiative is to support young people in achieving their educational goals and developing into contributing members of society.
Super Energy also executed numerous assistance initiatives for the area’s needy, such as providing 700 health insurance cards to those in need and ethnic minorities in the provinces of Binh Dinh. Phuoc, Binh Thuan, and Bac Lieu in the hopes that more people will meet the requirements to get medical attention, a physical examination, and treatment in hospitals.
It also donated 46 direct drinking water purifiers in the provinces of An Giang, Bac Lieu, and Binh Phuoc at the same time, with a total expenditure of around 360 million VND up to this point.
